Personal Bulk SMTP Server Setup

I want a complete, ready-to-use SMTP server that lives on my Windows machine and lets me push out high-volume campaigns without the usual caps yet still places messages in the inbox, not the spam folder. Please build, configure, and fine-tune everything so the service runs smoothly with no username-and-password layer (that requirement is intentional because the environment is fully firewalled on our side).
The core of the job is the full installation and optimisation of the SMTP engine you feel is best for Windows—MailEnable, hMailServer, PowerMTA, or another proven option are all fine as long as deliverability is strong. I also need the surrounding essentials: correct PTR, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records, IP warming guidance, plus any queue-management or throttling tweaks that help keep reputation high when volumes spike.
Acceptance criteria
• SMTP service runs as a Windows service, auto-starts at boot, and accepts unauthenticated connections from our internal network.
• Domain records you supply validate without errors and pass standard tools such as MXToolbox.
• A live test campaign to Gmail, Outlook, and Yahoo inboxes lands in Primary/Inbox (you can hide real addresses in screenshots).
• A short hand-off document explains where configs live, how to restart the service, and how to adjust sending speed.
If you’ve delivered similar high-inbox bulk solutions before, I’d love to hear a brief outline of your approach and estimated turnaround.
