Personal Assistant for Data Entry

I need a reliable personal assistant who can take full ownership of our company data entry workload. The role centres on capturing, cleaning, and updating internal information quickly and with zero errors. Most of the material arrives in mixed formats—scanned PDFs, email attachments, and older spreadsheets—so you must be comfortable switching between documents and entering the details into the master sheet or database I provide.

Accuracy and confidentiality are non-negotiable, and you should already feel at home in Excel or Google Sheets. If you also keep tidy digital folders and label files consistently, you will fit right in.

Deliverables I expect:
• A fully updated company-data spreadsheet, reconciled with the latest source files
• Time-stamped backups (daily) so we can roll back if needed
• A brief summary at the end of each week highlighting completed records and any anomalies you spotted

I handle communication through email and Slack; quick responses during agreed hours are important so we can keep momentum. Should this initial phase go smoothly, I’m open to expanding the scope into light calendar work or inbox triage.
