We are Wandel Shinka, a digital marketing agency looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist for long-term collaboration.

Responsibilities: • Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). • Set up and optimize Google Ads campaigns. • Generate quality leads for clients. • Optimize campaigns to reduce cost per lead and improve conversions. • Conduct audience targeting, keyword research, and competitor analysis. • Set up conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics. • Manage multiple client campaigns and provide regular performance reports.

Requirements: • Proven experience running Meta Ads and Google Ads independently. • Experience in lead generation, especially for real estate and local businesses. • Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize results. • Portfolio or previous campaign results required.
