We’re looking for hungry, consistent appointment setters to help us book sales meetings with businesses in the US.

This is a performance-based freelance opportunity.

Compensation

₹700 for every qualified meeting that attends.

There is no fixed earning cap — the more qualified meetings you generate, the more you earn.

For example:

* 10 attended meetings = ₹7,000
* 20 attended meetings = ₹14,000
* 40 attended meetings = ₹28,000

If you consistently deliver results, we’re open to negotiating better compensation based on your performance.

Your job

* Call businesses from our provided lead list
* Speak with owners and decision-makers
* Introduce our AI solution
* Handle basic objections
* Book qualified meetings
* Follow up with interested prospects

You don’t need to buy leads or calling software.

Who we’re looking for

* Good spoken English
* Comfortable with cold calling
* Patient and persistent
* Can handle rejection
* Can make 100–200+ calls consistently
* Can maintain the same energy after hearing multiple “NOs”
* Previous sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory

We’re looking for people with hunger, patience and consistency.

If you can hear “NO” from 200 people and still confidently call the 201st person, we’d like to hear from you.
