Pediatric Ultrasound DICOM Lump Review

I have a high-resolution DICOM file from an ultrasound of my baby, taken because a small lump has appeared just above the bridge of the nose. I need a qualified radiologist to open the study in your preferred DICOM viewer (RadiAnt, OsiriX, Horos, or equivalent), analyse every slice, and tell me plainly:

• What exactly does the image suggest this lump is?
• Could it be cancerous or otherwise serious?
• Any observations about its borders, vascularity, relation to surrounding structures, or other red flags I should bring to my paediatrician immediately.

Please include precise measurements, relevant screenshots if needed, and a short written report in everyday language alongside standard radiology terminology. I will deliver the DICOM via a secure transfer link as soon as we start. Turnaround within 24–48 hours would be ideal because local appointments take weeks.
