PE Endorsement for 1MW PV

I have completed the full electrical design for a 1 MW ground-mounted PV installation on Saipan and now need a licensed Professional Engineer who can officially endorse the overall system design so the project can proceed to permitting. Your stamp must be accepted by the local authority having jurisdiction on Saipan, therefore familiarity with Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI) requirements is essential.

You will receive a comprehensive design package that includes:
• Detailed schematic diagrams
• Technical specifications for all major components and protection schemes
• Existing compliance reports prepared against local regulations

Your task is to review these documents, confirm they satisfy Saipan’s electrical code and any referenced U.S. or CNMI standards, suggest corrections if necessary, and issue an engineering endorsement letter with your seal on the final drawings.

Deliverables
1. Mark-ups or a brief memo listing any required revisions (if you find issues).
2. Signed and stamped drawings, specifications, and compliance report cover sheet.
3. PE endorsement letter citing applicable local regulations and verifying overall system integrity.
