PDF/Image Data Entry Formatting

I will send you a mix of scanned PDFs and high-resolution images that contain text, simple tables, and a few charts. Your job is to key every element into editable files, then polish the layout so it reads as cleanly as the originals.

Deliverables
• A neatly formatted .docx and a matching .xlsx version of every file I supply.
• The documents must include:
– Headings and subheadings
– Bullet points and lists
– Tables and charts reproduced exactly where they appear in the source

Scope of work
1. Transcribe all text with zero spelling or typing errors.
2. Re-create tables and basic charts in Word and in Excel so the data remains editable.
3. Apply clear styles for headings, body text, and lists so the file stays consistent when I add content later.
4. Double-check alignment, spacing, and page breaks before handing the files back.

Acceptance criteria
• 100 % of the text matches the source on a word-for-word basis.
• Tables and charts calculate correctly in Excel.
• No stray line breaks or inconsistent fonts.
• All files delivered by the agreed deadline in a zipped folder, labelled logically.

I use Microsoft 365, so please test the files in the same or a compatible version of Word and Excel before delivery. If you plan to use OCR or any automation, that’s fine—just be sure to proofread thoroughly.
