PDF Transcription Data Entry

I have between 11 and 50 PDF documents that need to be re-typed accurately into an editable digital format. The work is pure typing and transcription—no data analysis or database upkeep—so your focus will be on turning each PDF into a clean, error-free file that mirrors the original layout and wording.

I will supply the PDFs in batches and expect the finished versions returned in either Microsoft Word or Google Docs, keeping basic formatting such as headings, bullet points, and tables intact. OCR tools are fine to speed things up, but you’ll still need to proofread every line to ensure the final text is 100 % accurate and ready for immediate use.
