PDF to Word Reformatting

I will send you several PDFs and image scans that have to be re-typed into Microsoft Word. Copy-and-paste tools are fine for speed, but the end result must strictly follow the Word template I provide—fonts, margins, heading levels, paragraph spacing, and any numbered or bulleted sections all need to match that sample file.

Accuracy is critical: every character from the source must appear in the Word document, and page breaks or section breaks should be inserted only where the template requires them. I will review each file for both textual precision and adherence to the formatting rules before releasing payment.

Deliverables
• One clean, fully formatted .docx for each source file (or a single consolidated document if that proves more efficient—happy to discuss).
• A brief note outlining any illegible words you were unable to verify.

Turnaround time is flexible but please include an estimated completion date when you bid.
