PDF to Word Re-typing

I have a PDF e-book that is just under 50 pages long and I need every page re-typed into a clean, fully editable Microsoft Word document. The original file includes several tables; I only require these tables captured in simple Word table format—no need to match the exact styling of the PDF.

Accuracy is crucial. Spelling, punctuation, and paragraph breaks must mirror the source, while headings and basic bold/italic text should be preserved so the final file reads exactly like the original. Once completed, please return one .docx file that is ready for me to review and use without additional cleanup.
