PDF-to-Word Layout Fix

I need a clean, fully editable Word version of an existing PDF. The content itself is fine; the job is all about re-formatting so the document looks polished and consistent once opened in Microsoft Word.

Scope of the re-format:
• Align all text uniformly—headings, paragraphs, lists, and captions should mirror the visual hierarchy of the PDF.
• Preserve existing fonts, sizes, and spacing as closely as Word allows.
• Every page in the Word file must match the original pagination and overall layout.

Source PDF and any supporting files will be supplied immediately after project start. The finished deliverable is a Word document (.docx) ready for further internal edits without any stray line breaks, misaligned columns, or formatting artifacts.

Acceptance criteria: the converted file passes a side-by-side review against the PDF with no text drifting out of place and with consistent alignment throughout.
