PDF-to-Word Editable Template

I have a two-page PDF quoting template that I need rebuilt as a high-resolution .docx. Every element—text, tables, shapes, and images—must come across fully editable, with no locked objects or hidden layers. Fonts, colors, sizing, and overall layout should look extremely similar to the original so the finished file can be reused without any visual compromises.

Both the body text and the tables will be updated regularly on my end, so clean OCR and properly formatted table structures are essential. Please retain column widths, row heights, cell shading, and any conditional formatting visible in the PDF. The final document should open in Microsoft Word with styles I can tweak quickly.
