PDF to Word Conversion

I have a collection of English-language PDFs that are almost entirely straightforward text. I simply need the content extracted and delivered back to me as clean, fully editable Word files—no fancy formatting, tables, or layout preservation required. Headings, fonts, margins, and other design elements can be stripped out; the priority is accuracy of the text itself and quick turnaround.

You may use whatever reliable tool chain you prefer—Adobe Acrobat, OCR utilities, or direct text extraction scripts—so long as the final .docx files open cleanly in Microsoft Word and let me edit the text immediately.

Deliverable: one Word document per source PDF containing only plain, editable text.
