PDF-to-Word Conversion -- 2

I need several PDFs converted into fully editable Word documents so I can update the text later. The catch: every heading, paragraph style, table, bullet list, page break, and footnote has to look exactly like it does in the original file even though the images and graphics are not required.

Use whatever mix of Adobe Acrobat, ABBYY FineReader, OCR, or meticulous re-typesetting you prefer—as long as the finished .docx opens cleanly in Microsoft Word (2019 or later) and mirrors the source layout line for line.

Deliverables
• One proof-read .docx for each PDF, with images removed yet spacing preserved.
• A quick first sample within 24 hours so we can confirm formatting before you continue with the remaining files.
