I have a collection of regular PDFs where the text is already selectable, and I need each file converted into a clean, editable Word document (.docx). Text accuracy is the priority—every word must match the source—but I only require straightforward formatting. Basic headings, paragraph breaks, and simple lists should stay close to the original look without over-engineering styles. Images and complex tables can be left in place or pasted as simple objects if Word handles them easily; no elaborate re-drawing is necessary.
Because the PDFs are not scans, you won’t need OCR. A direct copy-paste workflow, supported by Adobe Acrobat, Word, or tools like Nitro, should be enough, provided the final document opens flawlessly and preserves the text flow.
Deliverable: one Word file for each supplied PDF, named to mirror the source filename.
