I need a single, reliable professional who can both process our raw financial data and take full charge of the related MCA filings.

First, the numbers: you will organise all of our bank statements, transaction logs, invoices, bills, expenses, sales, purchases and general accounting records into clean, reconciled books and concise management reports. Accuracy matters—figures must tie back to source documents and be delivered in a format that is ready for statutory audit.

Once the books are in order, the compliance side begins. You will prepare and e-file every MCA form we face this year, including:
• Annual return and financial statement submissions (AOC-4, MGT-7, etc.)
• Updates for any company changes—directors, registered address, share capital, and similar forms such as DIR-12 or SH-7
• Ongoing compliance filings, with proactive monitoring of due dates so nothing slips through the cracks

I mainly work in Tally ERP and Excel today, but I am open to other mainstream tools (Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Xero) if they streamline the workflow. Deliverables will be considered complete when:

• All financial data is reconciled and presented in an auditable workbook/report pack
• MCA portal shows every scheduled filing accepted without resubmission flags
• A simple tracker lists upcoming compliance dates for the next 12 months
