PDF to Excel Data Entry

I need every piece of mixed text and numerical information from a set of PDF files transferred accurately into a clean, well-structured Excel workbook. The PDFs are already in digital form, so the task is pure data capture—no scanning or handwriting interpretation required.

Each record in the spreadsheet should mirror the logical flow of the source documents: product or item name, associated codes, dates, quantities, prices, totals, and any descriptive notes all placed in their own clearly labeled columns. Consistency is essential so that I can sort, filter, and run formulas without additional cleanup.

Deliverable
• One error-free .xlsx file containing all data extracted from the supplied PDFs, formatted to the agreed column template.

Feel free to employ Adobe Acrobat, Power Query, or your preferred OCR/automation tools as long as the final sheet is copy-paste clean and formula friendly. I will verify the totals and random samples against the original PDFs on delivery; payment follows once the figures match.
