I have a collection of PDFs that contain purely numeric information—think dates, amounts, and related figures. I need every number transferred accurately into a fresh Excel workbook that uses standard column headers such as Date, Amount, and any other obvious fields that appear consistently across the files. No text or images are required, just the numbers.

Consistency and precision matter more than speed. Double-check each entry, ensure totals match the source, and keep the formatting in Excel neat and ready for analysis on my end.
