PDF to Excel Data Entry

I have a collection of scanned PDFs that contain a mix of printed and handwritten text. I need every word from each page captured faithfully in a single, well-structured Excel spreadsheet. Accuracy matters more to me than speed, so please double-check any OCR output and re-type anything the software cannot read—especially the handwritten sections.

Deliverable:
• One Excel file, neatly organized (one row per record or per page—whichever proves most logical), with no stray line breaks, merged cells, or missing characters.
