I will share a simple template so every column lines up the same way across all records. Accuracy is more important than speed: dates must stay in date format, currency values in number format, and spellings must match the source exactly.

Once the transfer is complete, give the file a quick pass using Excel’s basic validations (filters, totals) to catch obvious slips before you return it. If any figure is hard to read or a label seems unclear, flag the cell in yellow so I can double-check later.
