PDF Text to Spreadsheet

I have a batch of typed documents—mainly PDFs and the odd Word file—that need to be transferred into a clean, well-structured spreadsheet. All the content is plain text; no numeric calculations or formulas are involved, just accurate transcription and tidy formatting.

You will receive the source files by email attachment shortly after we start. For each document, copy the text into the correct rows and columns, keeping headings, paragraph breaks, and any section labels exactly as they appear. Consistency matters, so please use the same capitalization, punctuation, and line order found in the originals.

Deliverables
• A fully populated spreadsheet in either Excel (.xlsx) or a Google Sheet, ready for immediate use
• A brief note flagging any illegible or unclear portions so I can verify them quickly

Acceptance criteria
• Every text element from the supplied PDFs/Word files is present and matches the source verbatim
• No stray characters, blank rows, or format drift across entries
• File delivered by the agreed deadline
