I have several PDF files whose text needs to be transferred into a single, well-structured Excel workbook. The job is straightforward data entry—no tables or images—yet I do need the resulting sheet to follow a clear, consistent layout. Column headers, cell alignment, and basic font styling should mirror the way the information appears in the PDFs so the file is presentation-ready when you hand it back.
You’ll receive the PDFs and any notes on the column order as soon as we start. Once finished, please return an .xlsx file that preserves every character exactly as written, with the specific formatting applied throughout. Accuracy is key; I will be spot-checking against the originals before signing off.
If you’re comfortable copying text from PDFs and laying it out neatly in Excel, this should be a quick win for both of us.
