I have a set of scanned PDF files that contain only text. I need every word captured accurately and placed into a clear, well-structured Excel spreadsheet. No calculations, just faithful transcription and organised column layout.

Here is what success looks like to me:
• Each PDF fully keyed into one Excel sheet, preserving original headings and paragraph breaks where practical.
• Zero missing words and consistent spelling—please proof before delivery.
• Final file saved in .xlsx format and returned within the agreed timeframe.
