PDF Text-to-Excel Conversion

I have several PDFs that contain purely textual content. I need every word lifted out of those files and placed into a single Excel workbook, arranged neatly across multiple columns rather than one long column dump. No tables or images are involved—just the text.

Please keep the wording exactly as it appears in the PDFs and preserve paragraph breaks where practical, but break the information logically into columns so it is easy to filter, sort, and analyse once in Excel.

The final deliverable is an .xlsx file ready for immediate use.
