PDF Text Extraction to Excel

I need the complete text from a set of structured PDF files moved into Excel. The PDFs contain text only—no tables or images—so the job is strictly about clean, accurate text capture. Every word must be preserved, with line breaks and special characters intact, then organised into an Excel workbook so it can be filtered and analysed later.

I’m happy for you to use whatever tools you prefer (Python, Adobe scripts, Power Query, etc.) as long as the final spreadsheet is tidy and ready to work with. When you respond, please show a sample of past work where you performed full-text extractions; that will help me gauge fit quickly.

Deliverables
• One Excel file containing all extracted text, structured consistently across sheets/columns.
• A short note or script outline describing the method used so the process is reproducible.
