PDF Text Data Entry

I have a set of scanned documents saved as PDF files that need to be converted into editable text. The content is entirely textual—no numeric data or complex tables—so the focus is on accurate transcription rather than data analysis.

Your task is to reproduce every word, paragraph break, and heading exactly as it appears in the PDFs, delivering a clean, proof-read document that can be searched and referenced later. Manual typing is preferred; you may use OCR for efficiency, but the final version must be checked and corrected for errors.

Deliverable
• A single Word or plain-text file containing the fully transcribed and proof-read text, organised to mirror the original layout page by page.
