PDF Text Data Entry Assistant

I need help transferring text content from a series of PDF files into our standard template. Everything you will be handling is text-only—no numbers, charts, or formulas—so the focus is squarely on accuracy, formatting consistency, and speed.

Most of the PDFs are selectable, but a few may require light OCR or careful re-typing. Whichever method you choose, the final copy must mirror the original wording, paragraph order, and simple headings exactly. I will provide the PDFs in batches along with a blank Word template and brief style guide.

Deliverables
• One completed Word file (or Google Doc, if you prefer) for every source PDF
• A short note flagging any illegible or questionable sections you encounter
• Daily progress update so I can track what’s finished and what’s in queue

Acceptance Criteria
• 99 % or higher text accuracy when compared to the source PDF
• Formatting that follows the supplied template without extra spacing or font changes
• All files returned by the mutually agreed deadline for each batch

If you are comfortable with repetitive text entry and have a sharp eye for detail, this should be a smooth, ongoing engagement.
