PDF Text Data Entry

I have a collection of scanned PDF files that contain purely text content and need every word transcribed into an editable digital format. The scans do not allow copy-and-paste, so each page has to be either re-typed or passed through OCR and then meticulously proof-read. Accuracy is paramount; I will spot-check against the originals.

Here’s how I’d like the work delivered:
• One Word or Google Doc per PDF, named to match the source file.
• Original paragraph breaks, headings, and basic emphasis (bold/italics) retained.
• No added or missing text, including page numbers and footnotes when they appear.

Please tell me how many pages you can handle per day and whether you prefer straight manual typing or an OCR-plus-edit workflow. I’m ready to start as soon as I find someone who can guarantee clean, error-free text.
