PDF Tables Recreated in Word

I have several PDF files composed mainly of structured tables and interactive-style forms. I need each file reproduced in Microsoft Word so that the final document is visually indistinguishable from the original: every cell, border, alignment, font choice, and page break should match the PDF layout as closely as possible.

Editability is not a concern—feel free to embed static objects or use fixed-width text boxes if that gives the cleanest replica. What matters is that when the Word document is opened or printed, it looks exactly like the source PDF.

Please work with the latest Word format (.docx) and preserve page counts. When you return the file, I will cross-check it side-by-side against the PDF for precision in positioning and appearance. If anything is even slightly off, I’ll send notes for a quick revision, so a meticulous eye and a willingness to fine-tune are essential.
