PDF Table Re-typing in Google

I need a PDF that is made up almost entirely of tables and spreadsheets re-typed into Google Docs. Every row and column has to land in the same position it appears in the source file so the structure is preserved and I can work with the data immediately afterward.

You’ll type straight into a shared Google Doc so I can monitor accuracy and provide clarifications on any unclear entries as you go. Once complete, the document should be clean, free of typos, and laid out so the tables read naturally online or when exported back to PDF.

The job is finished when I have a single Google Docs file containing all tables from the original PDF, formatted as faithfully as possible and ready for my team to use.
