PDF Scan Text Extraction

I have a batch of scanned documents saved as PDFs. Each file contains straightforward, type-written text that now needs to live in an editable format. Your job is to open every PDF, accurately capture all the text, and paste it into the template I’ll supply (Word or Google Docs—your choice).

Quality is more important than speed. Please proof-read as you go so the final copy matches the source exactly, including line breaks and basic formatting. If you prefer using OCR tools such as Adobe Acrobat, ABBYY FineReader, or Tesseract to speed things up, that’s fine, but double-check the output for stray characters before submitting.

Deliverables
• One editable file per original PDF, fully checked for accuracy
• A simple progress log noting any illegible sections or anomalies you find

I’ll share a small test file first; once that looks perfect, you can continue with the rest of the batch.
