I have between eleven and fifty paragraphs locked inside a scanned PDF that I need converted into an editable file for academic work. Every sentence must be reproduced exactly as it appears, then formatted in clear MLA style—double-spaced, 12-pt Times New Roman, one-inch margins, proper indentation, and page numbering in the header.
All diagrams, charts, and images that appear in the source must also be transferred, positioned where they belong, and kept at reasonable resolution so they print cleanly. If the originals are low quality, please recreate or trace them so they remain faithful and legible.
When you are finished, deliver a single Word document (.docx) that mirrors the original content and layout, fully MLA-compliant, and ready to be dropped into my academic manuscript without extra tweaks. Accuracy, spelling, and consistent styling are crucial; I will run a line-by-line comparison before releasing final approval.
