PDF Paragraph Text Entry

I need the paragraph-style text from several PDFs transcribed into an editable format so I can reuse the content in new documents. There are no tables, forms, or complex layouts—just straightforward paragraphs that must be copied exactly as they appear, preserving spelling, punctuation, and basic heading breaks where they exist.

You may rely on OCR tools such as Adobe Acrobat or ABBYY FineReader to speed things up, yet every page must be proof-read manually before delivery. My end goal is a clean, fully editable Word or Google Docs file for each source PDF, ready for immediate document creation.

• how many PDF pages you can process accurately each day
• the checks you use to guarantee error-free text
