PDF Handwriting Accurate Transcription

I have a PDF filled with handwritten pages that I need typed up exactly as they appear. Every word, abbreviation, and line break should be reproduced faithfully—please do not “fix” spelling, grammar, or punctuation, and don’t insert editorial marks or comments. If a word is hard to read, give it your best interpretation and move on; no highlighting or bracketed notes are necessary.

Feel free to add basic digital structure—simple line breaks or paragraph spacing—so the document is easy to navigate, but keep the original flow intact. When you’re done, deliver the text in an editable format such as Microsoft Word or Google Docs so I can copy from it without issue.
