PDF Forms & Web Text Extraction election

I have two related data-prep tasks that need to flow into one clean Excel workbook.

1. Several PDF files contain structured forms and typed entries. I want every field captured accurately and placed into clearly-labelled columns in Excel—no images, just usable text values.

2. From one public website, I only need the visible text content (no images or charts). The pages are standard HTML. Pull that text, keep its section headings intact, and add it to separate sheets in the same workbook so I can cross-reference it later.

Please automate both steps—Python with pandas, Beautiful Soup, or any reliable toolset is fine—as long as I receive:

• A single XLSX file with separate sheets for:
– each PDF form dataset
– each scraped web page’s text
• The well-commented script(s) used, so I can rerun the process when new PDFs or pages appear.

Accuracy takes priority over speed; I will spot-check several random records before sign-off.
