PDF Forms to Excel Sheets

I have fewer than ten PDF forms that need to be turned into a clean, well-structured Excel workbook. The fields are mostly typed text and numbers, but a handful of pages include short handwritten notes that must also be captured accurately.

Here’s what I need:
• Every field from each form transcribed into clearly labeled Excel columns.
• Consistent formatting for dates, currency, percentages, and any other numeric values.
• Handwritten entries double-checked so nothing is missed or misread.
• One consolidated .xlsx file delivered, with either a separate sheet per form or a single table where each row represents a form—whichever layout you feel best preserves the data.

I’ll supply the PDFs as soon as we begin. Accuracy is the priority, so please let me know your typical quality-control approach when you respond.
