PDF Forms Retyped to Word

Several multi-page PDF forms need precise re-typing into an editable Microsoft Word file. The source documents contain a mix of text, images, and tables, all of which have to be transferred accurately. Simple but clean formatting is enough—basic headings and bullet points for clarity—so there’s no need to replicate every stylistic detail of the original layout.

Images and tables should appear exactly where they belong in the flow of the text, sized reasonably so the final file prints neatly on standard A4/Letter pages. Spelling, punctuation, and data in the tables must match the PDFs word-for-word.

Delivery is a single .docx file that opens without font or compatibility warnings in Word 2016+.
