PDF Form Data Transcription

I need help transferring personal-customer information from a collection of scanned documents into my fillable PDF form. Each scan contains details such as name, address, contact numbers and similar identifiers that must be typed exactly as written—no guessing or re-formatting. Whenever a word or figure is missing or hard to decipher, simply mark that field for review; I will handle any follow-up.

The job is straightforward but demands accuracy and a steady pace because every finished form becomes part of a client record. You will work with the PDF template I provide, save each file under the naming convention I outline, and return the completed set once all scans have been processed.
