PDF Form Data Entry

I have a set of PDF forms whose contents need to be transcribed with absolute accuracy. Your task is to open each PDF, read every field carefully, and transfer the information exactly as it appears. Consistency in spelling, capitalization, and numbering is critical, so I expect each entry to be double-checked before you send it back.

You’ll receive the PDFs in manageable batches, together with a simple template that shows where each piece of information belongs. For every batch, please return:

• The completed data file in the provided template
• A brief note flagging any unclear or illegible items

Experience with PDF data extraction tools such as Adobe Acrobat, ABBYY FineReader, or comparable OCR software will help you work quickly, but manual verification is still essential. Let me know how soon you can start and your typical turnaround time for roughly 200 pages so we can schedule the first hand-off.
