PDF Documents Transcribed to Text

I need the content of several PDF files converted into clean, plain-text files. All I’m after is the raw text—no styling, headers, or footers—just accurate wording laid out in the original reading order.

You may receive a mix of digital PDFs and a few scans. Whenever the source is clear, simply copy or OCR the text; if a page is fuzzy, please proof-read and correct obvious recognition errors so the final .txt reads smoothly. Paragraph breaks must stay intact, but page numbers or watermarks can be dropped.

Deliver a separate UTF-8 .txt file for each source PDF. Name each text file to match its original PDF so I can cross-referencing quickly.

Speed is appreciated, but accuracy matters more: missing words, broken lines, or garbled characters will send the job back for revision. If you have experience with Adobe Acrobat, ABBYY FineReader, or similar OCR tools, mention it when you accept so I know you have the right setup.
