PDF Data to Excel

I have between one and ten PDF or scanned files that contain plain text which must be transferred into Excel. After the data is entered I also need it cleaned, logically ordered, and given a clear, standard Excel layout—headers aligned, columns sized for readability, basic text wrap where necessary.

Accuracy is critical; if a character is wrong the sheet loses its value, so I am counting on quick yet meticulous typing and a built-in habit of double-checking work. Turnaround time matters as well, so I’m looking for someone who can commit to a prompt delivery schedule without sacrificing precision.
