PDF Data Entry & Research

I have a backlog of text-based information locked inside scanned PDFs and images that now needs to live in clean, structured files. Your main task will be to retype that text accurately into fresh Excel sheets, then polish my existing spreadsheets so that the final, master version is presented in well-formatted Word documents.

Alongside the entry work I also need light market research: visit the websites I provide, collect the specified details, and copy-paste them into the same Word reports for quick reference.

Key expectations
• 95 %+ typing accuracy and the agility to spot inconsistencies as you go
• Solid command of Microsoft Excel, Word and Google Sheets for quick re-formatting, sorting and basic cleanup
• Delivery of the initial batch within two days, with all remaining files wrapped up in no more than one week

Deliverables
1. New Excel files containing faithfully transcribed text from each PDF/image
2. A single, consolidated Word document with all cleaned and organised records
3. A short market-research section appended to that Word file, clearly citing each source link
