PDF Data Conversion to Excel

I have a set of digital PDF files—no more than fifty pages in total—that need to be converted into a clean, well-structured Excel spreadsheet. Every table, figure, and text line in the PDFs must end up in the correct cell so I can sort, filter, and run formulas without additional cleanup on my side.
What I’ll hand over:
• All source PDFs, already organized in sequence.
What I expect back:
• One fully populated Excel workbook mirroring the layout and content of each PDF page.
• Consistent column headers, proper data typing (dates as dates, numbers as numbers), and zero copy-paste artefacts.
• Spot-checked accuracy rate of 99 % or better; please double-check totals and page counts before delivery.
If you’re familiar with PDF parsing tools or advanced OCR plugins in Adobe Acrobat, Abbyy, or similar, feel free to use them—speed is a plus as long as accuracy stays high.
