PDF Data Consolidation in Excel

I will provide a folder of PDFs and need every data point transferred into a single master worksheet in Excel. Keep everything on one sheet—no extra tabs. Mirror the original rows and columns as closely as possible, adding a new column only when a unique field appears.

Before returning the file, give it a quick pass to spot and fill any obvious blank cells; a basic completeness check is all that’s required—no need to validate totals or run calculations.

Deliverable:
• One .xlsx file containing every captured entry, fully populated and ready for analysis.
