PDF Contact Data Entry Task

I have a batch of customer PDFs that arrive as email attachments, and each file contains names, phone numbers, email addresses and mailing details that need to be captured exactly as written. Your job is to open every PDF, transcribe only the contact information, and arrange it in a clean, line-by-line text document that I can open in Word or simple Notepad.

Consistency and accuracy matter more to me than speed: spelling must match the source, line breaks should follow the same logical order (Name, Company, Phone, Email, Address), and no extra characters or formatting codes should slip in. I will send the PDFs directly to your inbox; you return one consolidated .txt or .docx file when finished.
