I need my attached construction PDF converted into a clean, well-structured SketchUp (.skp) file for architectural visualization. All key information—overall footprint, room sizes, plate and ceiling heights, and sectional cuts—are already dimensioned in that drawing, so you can work directly from it without guesswork.

Scope
• Exterior: model the full shell with accurate wall thicknesses, roof form, and openings so I can instantly generate façade renders.
• Interior: include every wall, slab level, plate height, and ceiling height shown. No loose geometry—use groups/components and logical layers for easy edits later.
• Sections: create two longitudinal and two transverse sections as scenes that match the markers in the PDF. These must slice cleanly through the model and read clearly when exported to 2D.

Deliverables
• Native .skp file (SketchUp 2021 or earlier)
• Four named section scenes ready for layout exports
• A quick walkthrough scene so I can review proportions in-model

Acceptance
I will consider the job complete once the model aligns to all PDF dimensions within ±2 mm, the scenes render the requested sections without manual adjustments, and geometry stays organized (no stray edges or ungrouped faces).

If you are comfortable modeling precisely from PDF plans and organizing a tidy SketchUp file, I look forward to working together.
