PDF Architectural Plans to AutoCAD

I have a set of design drawings supplied only as PDFs. The bulk of them are architectural sheets, though a handful of the mechanical pages carry simple 3-D views. I need every page rebuilt in AutoCAD so that the final DWG files mirror the originals line-for-line.

Scope of work
• Trace or redraw all geometry with proper line weights, layers and linetypes that make sense for architectural production.
• Re-create every dimension, note, keynote and symbol exactly as shown so the files are fully editable.
• Where 3-D call-outs appear on the mechanical sheets, model or extrude just enough to preserve the intent—flat faces and basic volumes are fine; no photorealistic rendering required.
• Keep sheet numbers, title blocks and paper space layouts intact so I can plot straight from AutoCAD.

Deliverables
• One DWG per sheet, plus a compiled sheet set if you prefer.
• Any custom fonts, plot styles or external references you introduce.
• A short log listing any assumptions or clarifications made during conversion.

Acceptance criteria
The DWG prints must match the PDFs at 100 % scale, with layers organized logically and all annotations remaining live text.
