PCB doesn't work after integration

I have a working manufactured PCB and I wanted to integrate modules to the PCB. TP4056 charging module and MT3680 boost converter. I already got the manufactured, integrated version what I got from here but doesn't work properly some reason. I am more than happy to share the original version and the integrated as well or you can integrate to the original the way what you like. I don't mind, I just need the working PCB. Also the second version has an electric soft switch. I am not sure which cause the trouble from these 3 modification.

Designed in EasyEda Pro. I have manufacturing file for both version.
