I need schematic capture + PCB layout for a small automotive control module. Firmware is mine — this is schematic and layout only.

It's a retrofit controller for power-folding car door mirrors. The board sits inside a car door, watches the vehicle's door-lock wiring for lock/unlock commands, and drives two small DC gear motors. Runs off the car battery and is asleep almost all the time.

DELIVERABLES
Schematic, PCB layout, Gerbers + NC drill + fab drawing + pick-and-place, BOM with manufacturer part numbers and in-stock distributor refs (LCSC/Mouser), native source files (KiCad preferred), STEP or 3D render, one revision round. I'll handle manufacturing.

KEY CONSTRAINTS
- Sleep current under 100uA. It's on permanent battery and the vehicle's total parasitic budget is 30mA. This rules out a lot of common parts — a 7805 alone is 5mA.
- Automotive 12V: 14.5V charging, load dump, cold crank. ISO 7637-2.
- Inputs tap live door-lock circuits fed by a 30A fuse. High-impedance taps only, and no failure of this board may ever stop the car's doors locking.
- Lives in a door cavity: condensation, 70C+, vibration. 105C caps minimum. There's a USB-C port for diagnostics that needs proper sealing.

ALREADY FIXED (my spec explains why)
ATtiny3217 SOIC-24, two DRV8871 motor drivers, low-Iq automotive LDO, discrete transistor input stages, P-FET reverse-polarity protection, MCU-switched motor rail, CH340N USB bridge powered only while USB is connected, W25Q32 SPI flash for onboard logging.

Roughly 55x45mm, nine external connections plus USB-C. Layer count and layout are your call.

There is no existing schematic — you'd work from my written specification, which I'll share with shortlisted designers.

PLEASE REPLY WITH
1. Which EDA tool you deliver native files in
2. Whether you've done 12V automotive work, with one example
3. Price, and whether the revision round is included
4. Timeline to first draft
5. Anything in the fixed list you'd change, and why

If you read the spec and something looks wrong, I want to hear it. I'd rather work with someone who pushes back than someone who silently builds what I asked for.
