Patent-Ready Coffee Roaster 3D Design

I need a complete mechanical design package for a commercial-scale coffee roasting machine that I can file with my patent application. The scope covers everything from an initial footprint proposal right through to fully dimensioned manufacturing drawings.

Because I don’t yet have fixed measurements, I’d like you to recommend practical overall dimensions and capacities suited to a mid-size commercial roaster. Once we agree on the envelope, you will develop:

• A fully detailed mechanical schematic, clearly showing every moving part and assembly
• 2D plan, side and sectional views annotated with tolerances in metric units
• A 3D CAD model that can be rotated and exploded, plus renders for the patent illustrations

The roaster must integrate two key features: a dedicated cooling system and precise temperature control. Please incorporate these from the outset so the airflow, exhaust routing and sensor placement are realistically engineered.

Deliverables will be provided in native CAD (SolidWorks or Inventor) and neutral formats (STEP, IGES) together with PDF drawing sheets. I will need at least one revision cycle after the first full draft to be sure everything is patent-ready and fabrication-safe.

If you have proven experience designing heat-processing equipment or similar machinery, and can supply examples of past schematics that passed patent scrutiny, I’m ready to start.
